Salon Pin UP Rules

We want everyone to have the best possible experience when they visit us at Terry Steventon and so we have some guidelines to make sure that you can take time out and relax.

• We discourage the use of mobile phones and respectfully request that they are on silent ring when you are in the salon Pin UP.
• We also have a policy of any children under the age of 12 being accompanied by an adult.
• All appointments are booked for the time you need and so we ask you to arrive promptly.  If you arrive late we will do our best to keep to the treatments arranged.  However, because we do not want to keep anyone waiting we may have to shorten/change your appointment if your stylist/therapist has another guest immediately after you.
• It is vital that all new guests have skin tests before any hair colour or eyelash/eyebrow tinting, even if they have had colour or tinting previously. We cannot overstate the importance of skin testing for your well-being and safety.

Training

All our staff under go Rage Schooling, it's our own brand of doing things in our own special way. We only enroll talented and ambitious stylists, and graduates of Rage Schooling are some of the most adept, fashion-led creatives in Bournemouth.
